Who can enroll at Hephzi Prep?
Any adult who wants to improve their education, skills, confidence, or
future opportunities is welcome to apply.
Are classes online or in person?
All classes are delivered online, allowing students to learn from
anywhere.
Do I need previous qualifications to enroll?
No. Our Foundation Programme is designed for learners starting at
different educational levels.
How do I know which level is right for me?
Our admissions team will help assess your current level and recommend
the most suitable programme.
How long does each programme take?
Foundation: 12-24 months
Progressive: 12-36 months
Mastery: 3-6 months
What subjects will I study?
Depending on your level, subjects may include literacy, numeracy,
digital skills, communication, personal development, career readiness,
and advanced learning pathways.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Students who successfully complete their programme receive a
Hephzi Prep Certificate of Achievement.
Is Hephzi Prep faith-based?
Yes. Our learning environment is guided by Christian values while
remaining welcoming, respectful, and supportive.
Do I need to be a Christian to enroll?
No. We welcome learners from all backgrounds who are comfortable
learning within a faith-based environment.
Do you offer counseling services?
Yes. Students have access to professional counseling, wellbeing
support, and personal development guidance.
What is Soul Wound Healing & Restoration Support?
This faith-based support service helps learners address emotional
barriers, limiting beliefs, confidence issues, and personal challenges
that may affect their growth and success.
Is counseling confidential?
Yes. All counseling sessions are conducted professionally and
confidentially.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes. Through our Second Chance Scholarship Programme, eligible
learners may receive partial tuition assistance.
How do I apply for a scholarship?
Complete the scholarship application form during enrollment.
Applications are reviewed based on financial need and commitment to
learning.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Flexible installment plans are available for all programmes.
Is there a discount for paying in full?
Yes. Students who pay tuition in full may qualify for a discount of up to
10%.
What technology do I need?
You will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
What if I miss a class?
Life happens. If you miss a live class, you’ll have access to the lesson
recording through our online learning platform, allowing you to revisit
the material whenever it suits your schedule. This flexibility ensures you
never have to miss out on your learning journey.

What if English is not my strongest subject?
